For the price this can't be beat
I don't often take the time out to write reviews, but I really felt like I needed to with this product. If you are on the fence about buying this, hopefully this will help you decide. First off, I was looking for a reciever with an iPod dock that wasnt too expensive because it is stored outside, in the pool area. I figured if it wasn't too expensive, I wouldnt care all that much if it got damaged by the water. i really figured for the price, I was gonna get a low grade, crappy sounding system. I couldnt be more wrong. Here is my thoughts:
the system is LOUD.. AND CLEAR. My wife (who is not at all into audio stuff) commented on how good it sounded out there. Now I will say Pyle boasts that it is 2000 Watts.. that must be Peak and probably never hits it because its not 2000 Watts loud, but it is loud enough. I could have it over all the noise outside with no issues at all. I heard it at my neighbor's house which is quite a distance away from my house. I purchased 4...

but it has a high pitched buzzing noise that is very noticable at low volume level basiclly it would sound better if you cranked it up and stood out the room but has tons of power and the bluetooth works unfortunatly my 2nd gen ipod touch is not compatible with the ipod dock but will charge
Not very good quality
When at low volumes, this amp is noisy(little chirps and blips can be heard). The knobs feel cheap, and the display looks cheap. On the plus side, I was easily able to stream audio from my ipad via the bluetooth connection. This amp only has banana clip(or bare wire) outputs, so you won't be able to connect PA speakers that only have speakon or 1/4-inch inputs.
I returned it, then bought the Pyle PDG2000 amp, and I'm happy with it.
