I have two of these wired to 1ohm on a sound stream rub1.1600. Love these things!!!! Have them in a 3.2631 cube box, ported to 33hz walled off in my trunk firing towards the cabin. I would recommend these to anyone! Right now their getting 650 rms each. Still waiting for another month to turn the amp up to its full potential. Everyone that hears it asks if I have two more behind these in my trunk. So far they've loved the power. I learned quickly they dont like a clipped signal tho!! Highly recommended.

Alpine 12" Type R
This subwoofer is an absolute beast. It can take up to 1000 watts rms. With the gain turned about 3/4 the way up, it shakes the rearview to the point I cant see anything out of it. Can be wired to 2 ohms, or 8 ohms which is good if you're installing more than one.
Precision Bass
The SWR-12D4 is awesome!!! It hits hard, clean, and tight. No distortion even when volume is turned up extremely high. I had 2 12" Kenwood Excelon subs which were clean and hit hard, but they didn't produce the low bass tones. Now, my single 12" Alpine hits every bass note and is louder and more precise than the 2 kenwoods. Get this sub and you won't regret it. I'm pushing it with a JX500 amp. I thought that amp wouldn't be strong enough to make it sound good, but I have no complaints at all.
