Nice addition to the family room
This was such a nice gift from my son and his family. When they had visited, they were always talking about how they missed their surround sound, and how our TV and DVD system could use a good surround for movies and such, so I knew what the motivation was when they got this one for us. I followed the instructions with the speaker system, and he was right, the sound was so impressive compared to just the old speakers and the TV audio. It really fills up the room. They look very nice also, and the satellite speakers take up very little space. Next time the kids came to visit, they liked our system better than theirs.

Full surround sound
I never had much use for a full surround system like this, but I tell you what, this package has changed my mind completely around. With the sub right beside the TV stand, and the center speaker mounted on top of the TV, and of course satellites in each corner, the room makes you feel like you are in the movie itself. Everything comes to you in great rush of sound, different parts of the sound coming from every part of the room. It just sounds tremendous and powerful. I really love it!
