Only Metric Threads!!
I bought these mounts to mount for 2 rear surround sound speakers even though the package come with 5 mounts to position 5 cube speakers. I wanted these because I wanted a mount with a short shaft so I could get my speakers close to the wall. I was mounting Cambridge Soundworks MC55 cubes that weigh 2 pounds.
The advertisement states that it comes with multiple adapters. This is true but it does not tell you that ALL of the adapters are metric threads!! The Cambridge products and many other products still use the American 1/4-20 thread type.
This mount does not have an adapter for 1/4-20 threads!
Luckily I have some mecahincal skills (and tools) so I was able to grind down the shafts and re-thread the shaft as 1/4-20 thread and I was able to use them. Most people are not going to be able to do this.
So check your speakers first, make sure you have a metric thread. I later found the information on the Level Mount website. The adapters...

Worked great
These mounts worked great for our application. We were able to use a blank switch plate on the box on the wall and mount these to it for our speakers, they do a good job and don't stick out too much.
